- 节奏太拖沓，对白太说教，几个故事穿插剪辑严重影响情绪流，题材是好的，但是整体水准真的是对不起目前的高分。
- 题材尺度大了一些，老演员都比较靠谱，官场部分贪官部分看着像那么回事。但一到反贪局检察院的戏，台词矫情做作，表演生硬拙劣，用轻佻冒充人性，陆毅两口子在家都不说人话，跟在会场发言似的。编剧导演要么是高级黑，要么是能力差。
