- 商战精彩，把社会哲学融入其中，善恶源于心，上帝恶魔看着人间戏；缺点：早期的衬托男主稍微过火使一些配件沦为工具人，爱情戏有思想但艺术表现不足。
- 死者讲述故事，用了戏剧反讽的叙事方式，增强了宿命感。但这“幽灵的叙述”的主要功能还是解释，呈现角色的心理活动。旁白的滥用总是让人难以忍受，因为即便是电视剧毕竟也是通过镜头讲故事。这剧算是用了小聪明，产生了上述的效果。演员方面，王志文与左小青都选得很好，想不出有谁能替代。
