- 三条平行蒙太奇，巧妙地借助台词与转场设计穿插。用命案串起命运，每段戏剧性的设计，现实又荒诞，是悬疑壳子下的时代悲歌。
- 质感很好，三线穿插叙事，构图灯光色彩讲究，转场设计巧妙，喜剧效果的加入使得有悬疑感的同时又不那么沉重。虽在南方取景拍摄但对东北下岗潮的那个时代的还原很准确，对人的生活习惯把握得也很精准。
