- 前一半小许发家史笑点密集结构紧凑扣人心弦，后面做大做强就开始剧情离谱废话连篇大搞煽情唧唧歪歪，结尾更是疯狂上社会主义核心价值观弘扬主旋律，摆明了红旗下全剧里就是不能有一个真正的坏人。烂尾是国产剧的通病啊……
- 除了回忆太多以外，整体还行。总的来说就是一个信用扩张时代的罪与赎罪的故事。最后几集越来越潦草，一集一两年。还真好奇土地财政撑不下去了的今天，这些钢厂发展如何。
