- “爱情”只是小佐料，看着这群年轻人为了自己的热爱这么拼，这么认真努力生活，真的特别特别感动，会有一种想重新再活一次的感觉。 职场、爱情、成长…各种元素融合得很自然，体育的部分也超燃，不是随便摆样子。很多台词都写得不错，让我一边看一边点头。人物鲜活饱满演得很出色，无论主角配角。梁友安和宋三川的爱情发展轨迹让人特别信服，你完全理解姐姐的犹豫和克制，更理解她为何一步步破防，年龄差的问题最终化解于无形；配角里最喜欢安叔、罗姐和岩导，特别有趣；蒋杰这种中年自恋精英男生活中应该很常见，太有代表性了；梁桃这个小姑娘，有那样的爹妈，能这么不媚俗不势利有骨气，非常了不起。整部剧清新自然脱俗，婚恋观和价值观都很进步，没有摁头说教和道德绑架，有被尊重到的感觉，这很难得。唯一遗憾是抹黑主播行业以及后期改台词太多。
