- 前期注重情节节奏明快，到小陈患病过后就慢了下来，一直到结局都是更看重抒情，最终还是传统和解的方式表现结局，能看出导演有意拔高主题，想要表达时代沉浮下的创业人物的生与死，苦与乐，私营企业从出身那刻时仿佛就自带污点，所以女主一行生意人最终都需要通过赎罪来涅槃重生。落点没错，立意没错，但是手法不够高级，留白不够。
- 果然没有女演员，除了毒贩的毒贩老婆，还一个二婶、一个护士，台词不超过三句，真牛叉。
