- 超乎预料的好看，剧情紧凑没注水的地方，任何一个看似无关紧要的剧情都可能推动剧情。节奏松弛有度安排的很好，严肃有欢喜也有，不会觉得太过压抑。演员更是一大亮点，老演员各有各的好，年轻演员也不拉胯，看着不要太舒服。
- 「底线」虽是号称取材于真人真事，但拍的却毫无“底线”，歪曲事实、洗白真相，加上靳东一如既往的油腻造作，演什么都是一个样，让人分分钟出戏。
