- 看的直接睡着，节奏缓慢且情节支离破碎，越往后越漏洞百出，穿插的案件对主线推动几乎没有价值，女主演技木然，脸上的表情你以为她是有深意，其实毫无章法。人物全无性格，整个警队全员抑郁，每天都在喝多的状态下办案，毫无进展，大段的无意义的水对白，浪费了一堆金牌配角
- 第一部在构架上有明显模仿《Hustle》的痕迹，故而当年太喜欢飞天大盗，错过了这部神剧，但是到了终结篇还是非常过瘾的，国产网剧拍到这个水平，真是难以超越了，不过听说最近被优酷下线了，也是情有可原，太不符合正能量价值观了倒是！
