- 意外紧凑，几乎没有废话直接立人物说故事。梅晓歌这个角色要体魄（爱好跑步）要胆识（上任后直接去跟钉子户谈判），年轻干部处理“烫手山芋”的开局有意思。几条线并进得不错，所有角色的台词都舒服，和人物贴得紧，生活化。有的角色居然直言道破基层官场细微的厚黑学，还挺敢的。也很喜欢那句“不敢处理旧问题你就不是好干部”。目前看起来，企业问题和拆迁问题是光明县的两个老大难问题，而且背后干群矛盾也比较复杂，梅晓歌是新官上任也是衣锦还乡，“新领导，旧相识”，可以继续往下看看他要怎么重新给这个县“扣好纽扣”。
