可贵的玛雅神话展示和纪录。把取自古典玛雅陶器上的绘画形象，重组重构，连缀连动，用动画的形式，讲述古玛雅的创世故事：两兄弟历尽劫难，借天地之仁，以智慧、勇气和才能，战胜邪恶势力、厄运死亡，终成日月，永远与天地同光。绘画形象突显玛雅文化特征，人物动物造型神秘、奇幻，线条装饰绮丽，充满想象力。在故事中也能反映中美洲的自然环境、动植物资源和玛雅人的生活状态和信仰。依稀也体现万物有灵的思想。多处配乐质朴轻快，节奏鲜明，听之心生欢喜。

目前看过把基切玛雅的英雄双子神话讲得最精彩且贴合原神话的，非常美丽的片子，加上动画形象的参考为玛雅的陶片文物，在设计上很用心，片尾也标注了参考文物以及文物流向。色彩很漂亮，相当值得一看。
