- 最后新编的六七集完全是流着泪看完的，不独原书是绝响，在如今这个古典沦亡的时代，这部剧只怕也已成了绝响。再也没有这样的一群人，用如此的虔诚，穷尽心力去试图复原这部如断臂维纳斯般的作品。衣饰器物、举止分寸、言语口吻，乃至那些多感、欢笑和诗情的前尘岁月，真真一个琉璃世界，却注定要瓦解，要被打碎，弃在污泥里，就像黛玉送给宝玉的那座玻璃绣球灯，任知心人如何紧守爱惜、视如珍宝，终究承受不了俗莽的欺侮，在黑夜里摔成一地碎片。美好事物的毁灭是最深沉的悲剧，这比什么封建社会末路更具备普世意义，当年那群老前辈们有世家风雅的熏陶、诗书旧学的功底，更经几番劫波起落，故能感知到这一层，亦能于荧幕之上行这般得体的恢复的事功，若换作今人，纵有此慧心，也无此能力了。
