- 赵敏瘦了就变高冷了…说实话还是理解不了王赦的立场。我支持了解犯罪动机，以预防今后类似的事发生，但我同样也支持死刑。我觉得它主要有两个作用，惩罚和告诫。你说判一个精神病人死刑有什么意义？对受害者和家属有告慰和安抚的意义，对犯人有强制剥夺一切权力的惩罚意义，就够了。
